Meet Meryem el Gardoum from Morocco

Earlier this year, Know The Feeling, Billabong’s mini series with Laura Enever paid a visit to Morocco to feature local surfer Meryem El Gardoum, currently Morocco’s four-time female surf champion. This mini series aims to showcase various female surfers from across the world, sharing their inspirational stories.

At just 21, Meryem is a fearless surfer, shredding in the big swells, tearing down the waves with grace, elegance and ease. We are stoked for her recognition by Billabong, and here’s to many more surf titles ahead!
